Privacy at Cobridey.

Information you give us

We process account details such as your name, email, account type and optional business details. Your workspace may contain wedding dates and locations, task lists, budgets, vendor and guest contacts, messages, invitations, registry references, photographs and documents that you choose to add. Optional preparation spaces may include personal reflections, faith preferences or wellness information. You do not need to complete every field. Only add other people’s information when you have an appropriate reason and permission where required.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, save and retrieve your plans across devices, provide the features you select, manage invitations and sharing, respond to support requests, and protect the service against misuse. Depending on applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the service you request, based on your authorization or consent for optional connections, necessary for security and service-operation interests, or required by law.

Optional social connections and imports

Connecting Pinterest allows Cobridey to request read access to the boards, Pins and account details that Pinterest makes available under the permissions you authorize. You choose the board and review the items to import. Imported references may include titles, descriptions, preview images, original source links and their relationship to your chosen Cobridey collection. Cobridey does not need your Pinterest password and this connection does not publish Pins or modify your boards.

Provider access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are used on the server to perform authorized requests and renew access. You can disconnect Pinterest in Social accounts and revoke Cobridey access in Pinterest’s settings. Disconnecting removes the stored Cobridey authorization; ideas already imported remain in your workspace until you remove them or request their deletion.

The saved-items file importer reads supported JSON or HTML on your device and presents supported post links for review. The complete file is not uploaded by this importer. Only the records you select are saved. Public-link previews require sending the link to its source website; the original source may restrict access. Cobridey does not use imported Pinterest content to train AI models.

Files, sharing and third-party media

Uploaded account files are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets under account-specific paths. Temporary signed links allow authorized files to display. Anyone who receives a valid signed link may be able to open it until it expires, so avoid forwarding private file links. Shared-workspace records are accessible to authorized participants according to that workspace’s controls. Do not assume every personal record is shared automatically.

Opening an external link or playing an embedded Instagram post connects your browser to that provider. The provider may receive your IP address, browser information and cookies under its own privacy practices. Other participants may keep copies of information you intentionally share with them. Think carefully before sharing sensitive documents or personal reflections.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for hosting and application delivery and Supabase for authentication, databases and file storage. Email delivery and optional connected services process the information needed for the features you use. Service operations can generate technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and error logs. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and security, or support a change in ownership with appropriate safeguards. Cobridey does not sell your personal wedding records.

Device storage and cookies

Cobridey uses browser storage for account sessions, preferences, cached plans and changes waiting to save. Secure cookies support provider authorization. Logging out ends your Cobridey session but may leave cached planning records on the device. Use a device you trust; clearing site data removes local copies but does not itself delete cloud records. Embedded and linked third-party services may use their own cookies.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information and saved plans while needed to provide your workspace and connected features, resolve support or security issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the account’s use, the type of information, your deletion requests, and legal or security needs. Deleting a planning record may not immediately remove uploaded files, backups, logs, prior saved versions or copies shared with other people.

To request account deletion, removal of uploaded files, or deletion of imported provider information, email clanorglobal@gmail.com from your account email. Tell us what you want removed without sending passwords or login codes. We may verify your identity before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security and international processing

We use authenticated access, account-scoped database rules, private file buckets, encrypted provider-token storage and HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading unnecessary identity, medical or financial documents. Our service providers may process information outside your country; applicable protections depend on their hosting arrangements and contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account.

Your choices and rights

You can update many records directly in Cobridey and choose whether to connect external accounts. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict processing, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact clanorglobal@gmail.com to exercise these rights or raise a concern. You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your location. Withdrawing authorization does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Children and changes to this notice

Cobridey is intended for adults planning weddings and their invited participants, not as a service directed at children. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so we can review it. We may update this notice as the service changes and will update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
